Deborah will rent her space to small groups and individuals,  that are known and/or properly vetted. The space can accommodate up to 45 people.  This includes the basement, first floor and second floor, excluding Deborah's private room. During your event Deborah will be on premise.

The cost is $75.00 per hour with a two hour minimum for a group of five people or less and $25.00 for each additional hour with a maximum time period of seven hours.

 

$325.00 for larger groups up to the 45 people, for a period not to exceed seven hours.

With either of these packages, bottled water and glassware is included.
